Thank you for your interest in our October Virtual Guided Meditation class. This class designed to provide children and adults with the space to relax and decompress. We use sound, breath, visualization, and other techniques to help ease the affects of stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and more.
This weekly 45 minute course spans 4 weeks and is separate from our Signature Calm Kids program. If you are someone who is interested in strictly mindfulness and mediation, this is the class for you.
Sessions begin the first week of October.
