WHAT YOU GET: One week of daily three hours sessions of Calm Kids Emotional wellness! Choose from morning or evening (9-12, or 12:45-3:45) AVAILABLE WEEKS: June 26- June 30th (Morning or Afternoon sessions) *FULL July3rd - July 7th (Morning or Afternoon sessions) *FULL July10th- July 14th (Morning or Afternoon sessions) *FULL July17th -July 21st (Morning session only) July24th -July 28th (Afternoon session only) August 1st-August 4th (Morning session only) August 7th- August 11th (Morning session only) **This site is updated as weeks are booked, what you see is what is available at this time. EMAIL ADMIN@1CALMKID TO BOOK YOUR SESSION Include the following info: ~Week you are booking for ~Organization name (or nature of group) ~Location of service (#757 area only) ~Number of children (5 child minimum to schedule a week long camp) CHILDREN WILL: ~Learn how to discharge stress and tension from their bodies ~Learn breath techniques to help regulate the nervous system and calm the chaos in the mind. ~Learn to Identify, communicate, and flow through emotions with confidence and competence. ~Learn and practice trauma informed resiliency yoga postures and flows ~Create their own flows ~Explore mindfulness tools that help them flow through difficult and intense emotions. ~How to embrace and embody their emotions through movement, yoga, and sound. ~Practice age appropriate partner and group yoga. ~Use play, imagination, and story telling to explore the world of yoga and body movement (specifically with pre-adolescent ages) ~Learn tools to help build emotional intelligence, body awareness and acceptance, self-trust, curiosity and problem solving, creativity, discipline and perseverance and SO MUCH MORE!
