This 10 week GROUP educational emotional wellness program takes participants through tools and strategies to better know themselves, their triggers, and flow through intense emotions. While the focus is on building emotional resilience and anger management skills, the tools taught in this course can apply and be utilized for flowing through most intense emotions. This course is a great as a preventative educational course for adolescents between the ages of 13-17 and college aged teen 18-19. Weekly live online review sessions create an environment that ensures participants are connecting with the material and understanding the depth and context of the content presented. This course combines online course material with LIVE GROUP COACHING SESSIONS EACH WEEK which focus on nervous system regulation and practical skill building.
